Bankrupt Owes £1567
The failures of a series of business ventures caused his bankruptcy, Francis Raymond Kinzett. a carpenterjoiner, told a meeting of his creditors yesterday. In his statement of affairs. Kinzett said that he owed 30 unsecured creditors £1567 3s 4d. He had only casual employment at the moment, and could not make an offer to his creditors.
The meeting agreed that the Official Assignee (Mr P. D. Clancy) be authorised to dispose of any assets by auction or private sale.
