CHRISTMAS IN ROME.—Every year before Christmas musicians come from their villages and play Christmas music in the streets of Rome. Two of the musicians, one playing home-made bagpipes and the other a flute, are being watched by a traditionally-dressed Santa Claus in the Via Frattina.
