PLANNING APPEAL

Service Station Permitted

The Town and Country Planning Appeal Board has allowed an appeal by the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand, Ltd., and John Oliver Cochrane for a specific departure from the Riccarton Borough Council’s planning scheme to allow the establishment of a service station and garage at the corner of Harakeke street and Riccarton road.
