School For Bartenders

The Hawaii distributors of three types of beers announced plans for a school to train bartenders in the art of handling and serving draught beer. Bartenders, waiters, and waitresses will be taught correct cleaning techniques for glasses, the correct way to pour beer, and temperature controls.
