Talks On Steel

WELLINGTON, Dec. 21
The Cabinet today discussed the detailed plan for the £17.5 million iron and steel industry.
The Minister of Industries and Commerce (Mr Marshall) said tonight he reported to the Cabinet on discussions held with the provisional board of the New Zealand Steel Company, on Friday. Mr Marshall said no decisions had been made on the project.
