MOTION’S TEXT
(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Nov. 27. The Leader of the Opposition (Mr Nordmeyer) moved in Parliament today: “That this House has no confidence in the Government for the following reasons—
“(a) That the Government has shown a contemptuous disregard for the rights and responsibilities of Parliament: “(b) That it has failed to deal adequately with the urgent problem of rising prices: “(c) That it has failed to make adequate provision for pensioners—particularly for those incapable of earning additional income:
“(d) That it has failed to take proper steps to increase production, productivity, and the rate of economic growth: and “(e) That it has succumbed to the pressure of powerful vested interests.”
