AREA: 601 acres lease in perpetuity at an annual rental of £96, with a further eight acres annual lease at 30s per annum and five acres at 40s per annum. LAND: Approximately 400 acres of good agricultural and grazing country ploughable by wheel tractor, a further 90 acres of downs, balance river flats and terraces.
