Disposing Of Land
Disi»osal of railway land between Oxford and Rangiora would be “expedited,” the Minister of Lands (Mr Gerard) told the Canterbury Progress League in a letter received yesterday. The Minister said he knew there were fears of fire danger from weeds on the old railway land.
The league had supported Oxford County Council in its attempts to have something done about the land.
