SPECIAL GUESTS
(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, Nov. 18.
Officers of the New Zealand Army contingent in London were entertained by Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, today. Led by Major 11. S. Cocks, of Papakura, the 12 officers called at Clarence House soon after noon at the unexpected special request of the Queen Mother. It was an infonnel function, including a light snack. The Queen Mother chatted with each officer individually. “We are all very much taken with her,” a spokesman said later.
