12 Entries Expected
At least 12 Australian pacers and trotters are expected to be entered for the Inter-Dominion Championship series when nominations close today. This information was given yesterday by the secretary of the InterDominion Trotting Conference (Mr K. J. Dyer), of Melbourne, in a telephone conversation with the secretary of the New Zealand Trotting Conference (Mr J. Rowley). It is expected that the South Australian pacer, Minuteman, winner of the 1964 Grand Final, and the champion Australian trotting mare, Gramel, will be among the entries.
