Court Upholds Land Order
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 19. The Chief Justice (Sir Harold Barrowclough), in a judgment delivered in Hamilton, has dismissed three actions by Ramari Hereaka, an owner of land adjacent to Lake Taupo, seeking writs of certiorari to quash orders of the Maori Land Court in respect to Maori freehold land on the north-west shores of the lake. The case was heard in Wellington.
