Good Response To Deb. Issue
Sales Expansion (N.Z.) advised yesterday that on present indications its £30,000 debenture issue will be heavily oversubscribed. The issue opens to the public on Friday, November 20 and the trustees for the debenture holders have been asked to allow oversubscriptions to give the public an opportunity of participating.
Kaniere Gold
(From Our Own Reporter) GREYMOUTH, November 18. The dredge Kaniere, operated by Gold Mines of New Zealand, Ltd., at the Taramakau Settlement, recovered 382 ounces of bullion for the half-month ended November 16. This was from 180,000 yards of material excavated in 229 hours.
