Brisk Trading On Less Firm Market
A esterday’s market was brisker though slightly less firm than the day before, but there was still a good tone to trading. Key stocks also came in slightly.
Two highlights of the day’s trading on the Christchurch exchange was a further rise by CrothaU when 1200 changed hands 3d up at 20s 9d, and a jump of 8s to 66s 6d by Christchurch Press in first business for some weeks.
