(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 2. There were no firm plans to appoint a third Parliamentary under-secretary, said the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) today. Asked if he was considering appointing a Parliamentary under-secretary to deal with trade and finance, Mr Holyoake said: "I am considering this all the time. ‘lt is the task of a leader continually to survey his team to see if it needs alterations or additions,” he said. “But I have no firm plans at this stage.”
