Sir, —Some areas have had two week-ends of crackers—not exactly conducive to stable blood-pressure or equanimity. The perpetrators may not disturb the parents, but, out of ear-shot, do they care who else may be?— Yours, etc., CONTROLS. November 1, 1964.
