Woman’s Claim Fails
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Oct. 31. A woman failed in the Supreme Court yesterday in a claim against the Mount Roskill Borough Council and James Ormsby, of Mount Roskill. Grace Riddick, married, of Mount Roskill, sought £l5OO general damages and £4B 2s 6d special damages for injuries she claimed she received when she slipped on the footpath in December, 1962.
The action was heard by Mr Justice Perry and a jury.
