N.Z. TRADE MISSION
Successes In Malaysia (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 30. All but one selling member of the New Zealand trade mission campaigning in Southeast Asia have succeeded in making sales or in arranging agents, the Minister of Overseas Trade (Mr Marshall) said today. Mr Marshall—chairman of the Trade Promotion Council —was reporting progress to members at the council’s meeting in Wellington today. He said reports from the mission claimed it was “doing very well.” So far the mission has been to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. It has yet to visit Bangkok, Hong Kong and Manila.
