The snow-covered Milford road will not be open for Labour week-end, but clearing should be completed by October 31, the resident engineer for the Ministry of Works, Mr L. L. A bulldozer was working in the area and should be able to clear the blocked section by October 31. Mr Spencer said an engineer, Mr R. F.
