Selling The Winner
(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) TOKYO, Oct 21. New Zealand’s gold medal winners, H. O. L. Pedersen and E. L. Wells, returned to harbour after today’s race in different boats. The New Zealanders have offered their boat Pandora, for sale, and Pedersen ehanged boats with the Norwegian helmsman out in the bay. While Pedersen slipped in almost unseen in Norway’s boat Wells was still out in the bay demonstrating Pandora’s quality to the Norwegian skipper.
