Queen’s Visit To Berlin (N.Z. Press Assn. — Copyright) LONDON. October 21. Whether the Queen will go to Berlin during her West German visit next year would be decided much nearer the event, a Buckingham Palace spokesman said yesterday. The spokesman was commenting on a report which emoted the Mayor of West Berlin (Mr Willy Brandt) as anticipating such a visit. The Queen will visit West Germany during the latter half of May. Officials said details of the itinerary in West Germany would not be decided until March or April. They would be decided at very high level A West Berlin visit could be a very controversial matter and any decision would depend on the state of international affairs at the time, they said.
