(N.Z. Preu Association) INVERCARGILL, October 18. A Melbourne surveyor, M Powell, aged 24, won the threedav cycling tour of Southland. Although he could only manage ninth placing in the Anal stakes from Orepukl to Invercargill on Saturday he maintained his lead in the aggregate and won the tour by about 16sec. Final aggregate result* were: M. Powell (Australia) 1, N. Robinson (Auckland) 2, B. Harcourt i Auckland) 3, L. O’Reilly (Auckland) 4, A. Ineson (Invercargill) 5, T.
