FUBLIC NOTICES WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL Pursuant to Ordinance 8 (3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Waimairi County District Planning Scheme, public notification is hereby given that an application has been received for perminion to Install Railway Siding, Sawmill, timber treatment plant and further timber processing facilities at property situated at the cnr. Radcliffe and Main North roads (Part Lot 2 D.P. 15787 Pt R.S. 281). If approved the application would be a conditional use in a Rural Zone and can be subject to the following conditions:— 1. RESOLUTION “THAT pursuant to Part XVIII of the Counties Act, 1956, the Waipara County Council hereby resolves that such part of the County of Waipara as is more particularly set out and described in the Schedule hereunder be constituted a water supply area under the name of the Waipara Water Supply Area as from the Ist day of January, 1965." A copy of the above proposed Special Order is deposited at the County Office at Waikari and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the 9th day of November, 1964.
