(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) MELBOURNE, Oct. 18. A Melbourne syndicate has cabled an offer of 200,000 American dollars to Mr Khrushchev for a “humorous” lecture tour, including the United States and Australia. Mr John Somerville Smith, a member of the syndicate, told reporters today: “This is dead serious. Mr Khrushchev would be a greater draw that the Beatles.”
