Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 36 of the Charitable Trusts Act, 1957, that The Church Property Trustees has applied to the Supreme Court at Christchurch for approval of a scheme for disposition of certain trust fund amounting to approximately £530. The said scheme provides that after payment of the costs of the proceedings the balance with any accrued interest thereon be applied by The Church Property Trustees in and towards alterations to the parish hall of the Anglican parish of Rangiora.
