Oakhampton Likely At Te Awamutu

Oakhampton, which ended his racing last season with a win and three successive seconds, is expected to start his five-year-old season successfully in the Flying Handicap, second leg of the double at the Te Awamutu Trotting Club’s meeting tomorrow. The hardest for Oakhampton to beat might be Revel Time, a minor place-getter in one of his two starts this season, and Andy Earl, a last-start winner having his first race for the season The first leg of the double will be the Gentry Lodge Handicap in which Swartz Pete, Scottish Flight and John Dee might dispute the finish.
