EXAM. FEES RISE
(N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 1. Revised fees for sitting examinations and for remarking of examination papers were gazetted today. In all cases, fees were increased. School Certificate examination fees rose from 30s sitting fee to 10s each subject taken. As four subjects are necessary to pass School Certificate, the increases mean paying a basic sitting fee of £2.
