GAZETTE. 10th SEPT., 1964, No. 55, PAGE 1534 Declaring Subsoil of Land Taken for the ChristchurchLyttelton Road Tunnel in the Borough of Lyttelton PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, so much of the subsoil of the land described in the First Schedule hereto as is described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel and shall vest in the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority from and after the. 14th day of September 1964. FIRST SCHEDULE Canterbury Land District All those pieces of land situated In the Borough of Lyttelton Canterbury R.D., described as follows: A. R. P.
