A square house on a section of a quarter of an acre, zoned residential B, at 70 Huxley street, Sydenham, was passed in at £l3OO at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of Georgina Rose Orme by Mr D. C. Sheppard. The house has three bedrooms, lounge, diningroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The rates are £24 10s Id.
