Disqualified At 89
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 30. Mrs Elizabeth Bilby, aged 89 of Kidlington, Oxfordshire, believed to be Britain’s oldest motorist—was disqualified fj-om driving for three years yesterday. She was also fined £5 for careless driving, after pleading not guilty in Bicester Court.
