Goldwater Plan For Nixon
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) CHICAGO, Sept. 30. The “Chicago Tribune” quoted Senator Barry Goldwater as saying in an Interview that if he is elected he may name the former VicePresident, Mr Richard M. Nixon, as his Secretary of State, United Press international reported. Senator Goldwater said he asked former President Eisenhower how he felt Mr Nixon would do in the post, and “he said he thought Nixon would do a wonderful job.”
