The Canterbury Colts Rugby representative, M. Chapman, played, his first game of Rugby League for Linwood in a friendly match against Ngaruawahia (Waikato) at the Show Grounds on Saturday. Chapman has played senior Rugby for Suburbs for the last three years, but it is understood that he resigned from that club last week. He has played for Suburbs as a loose forward, but he was in the second row for Linwood.
