Land Ballot Priorities

(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Sept. 29. The Minister of Lands (Mr Gerard) told Mr D. Maclntyre (Govt., Hastings) in Parliament today he would look into the possibility of priorities in ballots for Crown land. Mr Gerard agreed there was some justification for the case put forward by Mr MacIntyre. A man with the necessary finance and experience could miss ballots year after year.
