SESSION’S END
Date Not Given (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said today he could not at this stage indicate when the present session of Parliament would end. In reply to questions at a press conference, he said he had no date in his mind yet, but considered it would be “stretching it a bit” to suggest the sesson would run into December. He did not expect any further adjournments. Mr Holyoake said 30 bills was “a fairly good estimate but not necessarily a final figure” for measures yet to be introduced by. the Government.
