N.Z. Tennis Now Jan. 2
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 29. Provided a team is entered in the International Federation Cup, the dates of the New Zealand tennis championships in Christchurch will move forward one week, to January 2-10. This was resolved at tonight’s meeting of the management committee of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association. The leading women players are required to advise their availability for the Federation Cup matches by October 10.
