ADVICE
Jack Kramer has some sound advice for beginners in tennis:— 1. Play tennis with a plan. Decide what you expect from the game and what you are prepared to give it. —Constant training, physical fitness, mental alertness, patience, sportsmanship. 2. Dedication. It takes time to become a good tennis player and complete devotion to become a champion. Tennis gives more than it takes. 3. Read about tennis. Take the time to analyse the entire game, every stroke. Know why and how to do what is right 4. Watch good tennis. The anticipation and coordination, the grace and ease of champion players, their marvellous balance and control the young player can emulate only by building up his game.
