30 M.P.H. LIMIT
Yaldhurst Rd. Extension (Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Sept. 8. A review of the possibility of making Yaldhurst road a 30 miles an hour zone as far as Russley road will be made by the Commissioner of Transport. In response to a request by Mr M. A. Connelly (Opp., Riccarton) in the House of Representatives today, the Minister of Transport (Mr McAlpine) said he would instruct the commissioner to make a report on this road. Mr Connelly said that with an increase in population, and support by the Russley Schoo’ Committee, it was time to re view the question of the speed limit
