EASY WAY TO THREAD A FINE NEEDLE.—When cotton unravels as it is being threaded into a fine needle, it is a good idea to dip the tip of the cotton into clear nail varnish. It takes only a few seconds to dry and will then go through the finest eye without any trouble. Remember to cut off the varnished tip before beginning to sew.
