(N.Z.P. A. -Reuter— Copyright) SINGAPORE, Sept. 8. A visit to Australia and New Zealand by four British Navy ships has been suddenly cancelled. In addition the future scheduled programmes of other British ships in Far East waters are being reviewed. These moves follow growing tension in the crisis between Malaysia and Indonesia.
