TRADE WITH MALAYSIA
Opportunities ForN.Z. (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept 7. New Zealand had excellent opportunities to increase her trade with Malaysia, providing she could fulfil exacting international competitive requirements for price and delivery dates, a Malayan businessman, Mr P. G. Robinson, said on Saturday. In New Zealand to set up an exporting business from this country to Malaysia, Mr Robinson said competitive price and faithfully fulfilled delivery dates were of utmost importance to the Malayan business community. Dairy products such as butter, milk and cheese, plus meat and potatoes, appeared to him to offer definite opportunities to increase New Zealand’s export trade. “There is a definite opening for all types of food—given competitive conditions,” he said.
