HORNBY ROTARY CLUB
The major project of the Rotary Club of Hornby last year centred on assistance to the Templeton Hospital and Training School chapel appeal, it was reported at the club’s annual meeting. In addition the club took part in two street appeals, nine other charitable or community organisations being given aid. Officers elected were: president. Mr H M. Thomson: vicepresident, Mr J. B Yates: directors. Messrs S. M. Commer, .1. W. Muir, F. P. Ryan, and S. E. Slatter: secretary. Mr A. R. M. Stewart: treasurer, Mr C. J. Aitken: honorary audior, Mr G., F. Maples.
