(N Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) CANBERRA, Sept. 7. Australia’s defence forces would have to be greatly strengthened for the Government to back up its commitments in South-east Asia, Professor J. D. B. Miller, professor of international relations at the Australian National University, said today.
