A.N.I. Trading Profit Rises

Australian National Industries, New South Wales, manufacturers and merchandisers, trading profit for the year rose 41.1 per cent to £274,516 after higher depreciation and sharply higher tax at the new rates, according to the Stock Exchange Association. Directors have declared a steady final dividend of 6 per cent for the year. Books close on September 26; ex dividend September 26.
