Climber Killed In Rockies

(N.Z. Pres* Association) WELLINGTON, September 3. A former Wellington skier and tramper died in a climbing accident in Canada last month, according to advice received today. He was Graham John Cooper, aged 37, who was killed on August 16 while climbing in the Valley of the Ten Peaks in the Canadian Rockies. Before leaving New Zealand for Canada in 1952, Mr Cooper was a draughtsman with the Lands and Survey Department. He is survived by his wife and daughter.
