Crayfishing The trawler Zealandia, owned by Fish Processing, Ltd., of Christchurch, is to go crayfishing on the West Coast. Formerly owned by the Fish and Ice Company, Ltd., of Tauranga, the Zealandia came to Lyttelton in July, to fish out of Lyttelton for her new owners. She is at present on the slip at Lyttelton where she is being reinsulated and fitted out with new compressors, new evaporators and a larger condenser. Her freezer capacity will be about four tons. Mr Woods said that the Waimakariri Sailing and Power Boat Club was catering for campers by extending the boat ramp as far as the boatshed past the new protection works.
