(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) DORTMUND. August 3(1. Ernst-Joachin> Kueppers. of West Germany, set a world 100 metres backstroke swim ming record of Imin O.Ssec at Dortmund on Saturday. He cut one-tenth of a second off tho previous mark, set by R. McGeagh (United States) in 1963.
