‘Heavy Cold’
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, Aug. 30. American officials said yesterday they expected General Nguyen Khanh to resume a leading role in South Vietnam, probably as Premier, within a few days.' They denied suggestions from press reports originating in Vietnam that General Khanh was suffering from mental illness. The officials said General Khanh had had a heavy cold during the last week and had left Saigon temporarily to recuperate.
