Dairy Sales To Japan May Rise
fiV.Z P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) TOKYO, August 30. Sir Andrew Linton yesterday ended 10 days of talks with Japanese Government and agriculture officials with “every possibility of increasing New’ Zealand’s dairy trade.”
“New Zealand dairy products are undoubtedly highly regarded in Japan,” said Sir Andrew Linton, who is chairman of the Dairy Production and Marketing Board. He and the board’s general manager, Mr P. B. Marshall, inspected some of Japan’s “highly efficient” manufacturing concerns to which New Zealand supplies raw dairy material for processing. “We have also undertaken on our visit to assist technically with Japan’s agricul-
