Organiser. 9970 AIR SERVICES LICENSING AUTHORITY NOTICE is hereby given that on or after Tuesday, September 8, 1964, the Licensing Authority will, pursuant to section 26 of the Air Services Licensing Act, 1951, consider an application by MOUNT COOK and SOUTHERN LAKES TOURIST COMPANY. LTD., C/o. Post Office Box 85, Timaru, for amendment to the terms and conditions of Air Service Licence No. 353, to amend the present authorised time-table as follows:

(a) A scheduled freight and passenger service, Christ-church-Mount Cook-Queens-town - Te Anau/ManapouriInvercargill and return on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in lieu of Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays as now authorised. (b) A scheduled freight and passenger service Christchurch. Mount Cook-Queens-town/Cromwell-Dunedin and return on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays tn lieu of Mondays. Wednesdays and Fridays as now authorised. (c) A scheduled freight and passenger service. Christ-church-Mount Cook-Queens-town and return bn Sundays (d) A scheduled freight and passenger service, Christ-church-Mount . Cook-Queens-town southbound on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and northbound on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from November 2, 1964, until February 27, 1965, and thereafter between November 1 and end of February in each year. (e) Unless otherwise stated the application is made for the commencement of the above mentioned services as from September I, 1964. Any objectors to this application are requested to advise the Licensing Authority in writing and set out the grounds of objection. The Licensing Authority may or may not decide to determine the application without the hearing of evidence or, by reason either of the matters involved in the application or of objections thereto, may decide to adjourn the application or nubile hearing, in which event further notice will be given.
