Generally, this declaration concerns all the land subject to the provisions of the Summit Road '(Canterbury) Protection Act and more particularly is that land between Gebbies Pass and Evans Pass from the summit of the Port Hills to a contour line 100 feet below the Summit road and extending some distance down Dyers Pass road.
