Subsidiary Is Formed (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, August 26. British Tobacco Company (Australia), Ltd., announce that a new subsidiary company, Associated Products and Distribution Pty., Ltd., has been formed to control the diversification by British Tobacco Company (Australia), Ltd., into a group of consumer products. The first operation of the new company is the recently purchased majority holding in Shelleys Drinks, Ltd. It will also acquire all the shares in Naroo Pastoral Company Pty., Ltd., in which British-American Tobacco Company, Ltd., United Kingdom associate of British Tobacco Australia, Ltd., has a substantial interest
